Although I don't have its complete history, it was used for many years as a hunting trailer and averaged less than 100 miles per Year.

I spent about a year completely gutting and customizing the interior.

Approximately 14 Foot including the tongue
Interior completely rebuilt
New paneling
New flooring
New seat cushions
New base cabinets
All electric (120 Volt AC and 12 Volt DC)
New Convection microwave oven
New 120 Volt refrigerator
New 120 Volt air conditioner
120 Volt portable heater
Coleman portable LP camp stove
On board Fresh water tank
Electric pump driven cold water sink
Manual flush Thetford portable toilet
New tires
It has electric brakes which were tested by the tire
dealer when it got new tires. They are not hooked up
to the trailer to truck connector.

The trailer is sold as-is with no warranty or guarantees
