Default 1972 bon voyage

I have a 1972 20ft bon voyage. I have started taking inside ceiling off due to water leaks. The cardboard and Styrofoam insulation smells musty. I'm handicapped and it's going to be more work than I'm capable of doing. I live in east valley of phoenix. Just bought a vintage plate for it. Not sure what they are worth. It had brand new tires put on about 6 years ago. It was my neighbors who used it for a sleeper for winter guests. The roof vent broke and rain got in it. The roof frame is rusty but I think it will sand off and can be repainted. I also purchased 2 new roof vents from ventline.
