This unit has some water damage and the roof will need sealed. Please see Photos for condition. I believe the top half will need some major work from the water damage. I bought this someone had done repairs from some damage from a awning being torn off or blown off repairs to the side and door were done by them. My first outing we ran over a strip from a Semi tire and knocked a hole in the gray water Tank. We never repaired. The top corner seams are splitting; The toilet needs a fixture for toilet to water connection. Stove is not operable at this time but could probably be fixed. No butane tanks. No Battery. The air conditioner fan does work but I am unable to test the air conditioner because it takes a 50 amp connection. It did work the last time we took it out about 3 years ago. All of the cushions are in good shape. The inside water pump is working, the floors are solid and the units lift does operate and goes up and down. The fridge did work but took along time to cool.. We used a small battery operated fan inside and it kept my insulin and other things cold. This unit has set for the last 3 years and its obvious we are not going to fix it or use it again. I hope someone can fix and use this unit. I did make a video (MP4) I’m willing to send to serious buyers. Clear Title and ready to go. Bring your own stabilizing bars and hitch.
