Everything works and trailer is usable now. I’ve used it three times this year but left the plumbing winterized. Trailer needs tlc. Fan for a/c (blows cold fan bearing going bad), tires, brakes, battery box. Floor good, roof recently resealed with all new gaskets, extra cabinets installed, ridge and freezer, heater works. Owned by my grandparents since 98, owned by me for 3 years. I don’t have time for refurbishing it anymore. Make an offer. I’ll deliver within reason.
