1997 HiLo 28B
For sale 1997 HiLo 28B. Purchased in 2016 to use as a winter home when in AZ occasionally. Unit is in nice shape & stored in AZ between visits. Has original owners manual. New tires, brakes, bearings checked right after purchase. Have since had furnace repaired. Frig running properly (3 way). New batteries, kitchen faucet, exterior door latch. A/C works excellent. Hot water on demand system. Includes microwave, 2 large propane tanks with new regulator and hoses. Small solar panel on roof which provides a trickle charge to batteries. Awnings are in good shape. 1 large on door side & 3 small ones over windows on opposite side. Am including a new 100 watt solar power kit (never used) and a propane patio fire pit with small fuel tank. A used rear trunk to install (existing one is cracked in several places). This item is in Indiana. Buyer would have to pay freight (is in shipping box) if wants included with camper. If anyone interested lives somewhere other than AZ, my plans are; if unit doesn't sell in AZ (I'm currently here for 2 weeks), by the end of April, I will proceed to head with it towards northern Indiana. I can be there for a week, then take it to JandR in Mt. Vernon, OH for him to sell. Asking price is $5,000 until unit is in Ohio, then will be priced at JandR discretion.
