2000 Classic 24 for sale

I have a year 2000 classic 24 Hi-Lo for sale. I'm the second owner of this camper.
Sleeps 6, forward dinette is a double bed, mattress included. Good condition, no leaks. All systems working.
Furnace, cold air, TV antenna, 15 watt solar panel, sewer hookups included
New tires and wheel bearings installed 2012, used very little since then.
Just replaced 3 way control unit and thermal couple on fridge, works great
two 30 lb LP tanks, just pressure checked OK
New group 27 battery installed 3-4 months ago
power front jack, I will also include weight distr hitch and sway bars
Ready to camp, she only needs a couple of minor maintenance items
stored under shed since I've owned it (5-6 years)
I've towed this camper with a Tacoma 6 cyl, weighs about 4,500 lbs I think

The forward dinette I leave made as a bed, it has a curtain to separate it from the kitchen. Sorry, no slide.
