Scott - I suggest you post some pictures, inside and out, and an asking price. Also, it might help sell it if you said where in Colorado it was located.

2000 Classic 240D in excellent condition. Meticulously cared for by Hi-Lo loving couple. New Tires, Awning, Water Pump, Furnace, Solar Panel System, Black Water Tank, Fan Lids all replaced in the past few years. 2 12 volt batteries. Five years ago I spent $7500 on a 1999 Classic 22'. Then I put enough into it to make it a ten grand trailer, and still it isn't nearly as nice as yours. Nice enough, but I would jump at yours if I were starting again. But that's what time does, as things get older prices come down, even for very well kept units.
If I were doing it all again, though, the 24' might be just enough heavier that I wouldn't feel I could use the same tow vehicle as I do for the 22'.
Anyway, good luck, I think you are offering a great deal!
