2004 27' Tow-light
We bought this rare camper 2 years ago for $6,000. Retired last year and bought a motorhome. No longer use this camper. It pulls great and in windy conditions, its even better. AC is cold. Gas hot water heater. Dual fuel refrigerator. Gas stove top and oven. Drop leaf dining table. Mini closet for hanging clothes. Full bath with skylight. Queen bed with 4" memory foam ( best bed I've slept on) and underneath bed storage, has side tables with storage. Roll-out Jackknife couch for sleeping the kids (similar to a slide out, makes extra room inside) Good amount of storage around ceiling with cabinets in 4 locations. (Belly storage compartments for hoses, power cords, chocks, misc.) Trunk storage for lawn chairs, rugs, septic hose. Jack's on all 4 corners for leveling. Tires are good. We are including a coffee maker and new microwave. Just installed a new stereo system last year with CD, bluetooth, USB that will rock the campground. Freshwater, gray water, septic tanks, valves and pumps are all working. Hydraulic system good. Battery and electric winch good. Power converter is good.
The roof and side walls had leaks when we purchased it. Roof was sealed two years ago and is due for another coat. Walls do have some soft spots and and a little delamination of fiberglass exterior panels. This camper IS a good camper but it is not a $12,000 camper selling cheap. It is a fair condition Hi-Lo selling at a fair bargain price of $4,500. If this sweet camper was in pristine condition it would be priced much higher.
email me for pics....got a dozen or two.
