2004 2404T HI-LO travel trailer Towlite

I am the second owner of this unit and have owned it for about 5 years.
This trailer is in pristine condition and well maintained.
It is stored in my garage when not in use.

This particular Hi-Lo trailer also has a pop-out, which makes the interior more spacious.

There are 3 beds in this trailer. The dinette turns into a bed, there is a couch that jack-knifes into a bed and there is a bed which is folded down from the ceiling. Sleeping capacity 4-6.

The bed, dinette, and couch upholstery has always been covered and all is odor and stain free.

Carpet and linoleum is in perfect condition.

One cabinet has sagging wallpaper, but does not affect function.

No Leaks, cracks, or other damage. The roof and caulking have been well maintained.

2 New Batteries.

All New tires mounted 2020, less than 3000 miles on them. Full Size Spare.

New Awning

Bearing buddy lubrication system for wheel bearings.

New digital antenna

UVW (Dry weight) = 4220 pounds (tongue weight ~ 500lbs)

GVWR (Loaded weight) = 6000 pounds

3 burner range
full bathroom and shower
Air-conditioner (which blows very cold)
16,000 BTU automatic ignition forced air furnace
Auto ignition gas/electric water heater
3-way refrigerator/freezer
exterior outlets and exterior counter
two 20lb propane tanks with automatic changeover
30 gal fresh/32 gal gray/30 gal black water tanks

Everything works great, there are no known issues with this trailer. I am only selling this trailer because I am looking to buy a bigger trailer/5th wheel.

I am selling this unit for $11,900.

Keeping in driveway for showings this week before it goes back to its storage location.

Contact to schedule a showing. It is currently stored in my garage, so I need to schedule showings to remove from storage and expand and setup.

Depending on the offer I may be able to include the weight distribution hitch, a camera for the back of the trailer, and/or a recently purchased Samsung 24" Smart TV.
