Excellent condition. However, it needs new awning fabric. I have a family of 5 that has used this camper on several trips each year. Since you are on the forum, you already know that this is the best camper made and this size and design with the table and couch making a King Bed and the full pull down bed has served us well. It is small enough that I pulled it with a Honda Odyssey and later a small truck. The family is extremely sad that we are selling but my 3 kids are into a lot of activities and we do not have time to use it.
