2005 HiLo 22T Towlite in great condition. The awning , water heater and batteries (2) were replaced in 2017. I replaced both roof vents and the air conditioner shroud this summer. New tires were mounted last month. All interior lights have been switched to LED. An RV cover is included. I bought this from the original owner last year and my wife and I have enjoyed camping in it this season, but have decided to go in a different direction.
The dry weight is 3800 lbs. with a hitch weight of 460 lbs. The trailer is 22'4" long. We removed the bunk over the fold down couch, but have it saved with all the hardware. This has a gas / electric water heater, 3 way fridge, gas furnace and roof air conditioner all in perfect working order. It has a 3 burner gas stove with oven. The holding tanks are 30 gal. fresh and black, 32 gal. gray. The door has a keyless entry system added.
This unit has been well cared for since it was first purchased and is very easy to tow. I would be happy to send more photos.
