Default 2005 22T Towlite - Pristine Condtition - $9000

While it looks to have seen some sun on the outside, on the inside, this classic is almost new. That's because it was warehoused in a storage lot for most of its life and pulled out about a half dozen times for the occasion camping trip.

This camper has been so under-used that it's essentially brand new on the inside. There is no wear and tear on anything. The upholstery is spotless. The oven and stove look like they've never been used. The fridge is spotless. The bathroom fixtures, sink, counter tops, cabinets and just about everything else is totally pristine. And it's stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and pretty much everything that you need to just hitch it up and go, even a microwave oven and a toaster! It has lots of cabinet/storage space. And the lift and lowering system is in perfect operating order and hardly worn.

It was originally purchased by an attorney with too much money, too little time and whose family was far less interested in camping than he was. And I have no idea why some of the photos are on their sides. That would be something to do with how the forum software handles attachments. Sorry.

Features:
Electric tongue jack
2-30 lb. propane bottles
4-new tires in 2015
Spare tire mounted on rear bumper w/cover

3-burner stove w/ spark igniters
Microwave oven
2-way water heater (110v or propane)

The camper is located at our kid's acreage in Lafayette, about 15 miles north of Denver, east of Boulder.

Thanks,
We are in Tucson. I'll speak with my wife and see if we want to take a drive to have a look.

Default Seeing the camper

Bill,

Not that you aren't welcome to come, because you are, but that's a helluva drive to make to look at a camper, even one in this good of condition. I have family in Tucson, so I know what that drive means. As an alternative, I'd be happy to give you a tour using Facetime if you have an iPhone or we could do it with Skype or something, although I'd have to install it on my phone. If you'd like to explore something like that, give me a call. My number is three zero three five nine four nine one one one.

Joe,
Thanks for your techy solution to distance. I've been traveling and haven't gotten back to this item.
Just a quick note to say I am back and still interested.
Will look into your idea and get back with you.
Bill
