I’m selling my 2005 Hi-Lo camper. It’s 17 feet interior and total trailer is about 20 feet. This beauty was redone by me on the inside. It’s really in great condition. The motor that raises and lowers it was replaced a few years ago and the battery is also newer. Tires are in great condition. All appliances work. The fridge can operate on battery, propane, or electric. Stove is a 3 burner gas. The heat/AC work and it’ll actually freeze you out in the summer. Plumbing is all good and was thoroughly inspected. No leaks. Just had it caulked again a few months ago. Undercarriage is in good shape and solid frame. It has a king size bed below, full bed above, and a toilet/shower combo bathroom. Clear Florida title! 8,500
Tons of photos to send. Message me and I’ll get them to you.
I am headed to The Villages, Fla. and should arrive Saturday evening or Sunday. I leave Sanger, Texas, north of Denton, tomorrow expecting to get to Jackson, Mississippi Friday evening. Where are you ? It appears the table has to be down to make the bed. Is this correct ? I won't have internet service while driving. Richard.
Richard, that trailer appears to be a 17 ft HiLo, same as mine. Yes, if you want to sleep on the curbside, the table DOES have to be down. If you sleep on the street side couch, the table can stay up. If you pull the couch out and put the table down, you have a king-sized sleeping area.
It MAY be a 19 ft model though, since the OP says it's about 20 ft overall. The floor plan is almost the same as the 17 footer but the sleeping area is a bit different.

I’m just on the out skirts of Jacksonville. It’s model 1706T and I was a foot off on total length. It’s just shy of 19 feet, but that’s including the back spare tire. I believe it’s considered the 17 foot model, but none of the measurements on it are actually 17 feet lol.
Here is the brochure on it. They mention that it’s 17’9” but then the fine print says without spare tire. They must not have included the rear bumper either because it’s almost 19’ with the spare and bumper.
OK, if the model number is 1706T, it IS the same as mine, which is a 17 ft HiLo. The sleeping area is king-sized, if both sides are converted to the platform bed. Yes, it could be a bit longer than 17 ft from nose to tail with the spare tire.
