I have a very nice 22’ anniversary edition I have enjoyed, but my wife is done camping. Located in Peoria, AZ NW metro Phoenix. Lots of upgrades from factory. Twin batteries, dual 30# propane, electric tongue jack and removable tongue for storage. Dual axle with new tires last winter. Awning good, interior very good.
