Like new, Couch makes out into double bed, dinette makes out into a single. Always kept in a shed out of the weather. New tires and battery. Including Reese towing package to fit square receiver on your towing vehicle. Stove has never been used. Microwave, refrigerator, like new, no pets and no kids.
