Selling our 2005 27T Hi Lo Travel Trailer. Working hydraulic motor to raise up and down. Missing the motor for the tilt-out, but we found it took the same amount of time and effort to put in and out manually. We just used the trailer for a 12-week cross-country trip, and it worked great! The heater kept us warm in 46-degree Maine, and the AC kept life bearable in triple digit heat! Comes with lots of upgrades!

-New queen mattress (8”) with new 2” memory foam pad.
