I will be posting a better ad in the upcoming days. We bought this in January and planned to use it many times this summer. As it turned out we only used it once. Actually here in Arizona we prefer to tent camp so we can get more off the grid and boon dock.
We bought from a retired couple who used it very seldom for weekends in San Diego. Its very clean and easily towed.
The bathroom is in the back large kitchen area the tip out is couch and the dinette makes into the queen size bed,
We are located in Tempe Arizona and the camper is at our home and set up to view. Additional add on are a built in generator 2500 watt. A power hitch, a tool box mounted to the back for additional storage. Also included is the hitch and sway bars.
