How do I add pictures to a a thread when like wanting to sale a Hi-Lo?

You can click on the "Post Reply" button under the left side of this post. In the dialog that opens, go down to the "Attach Files" box and then click on "Manage Attachments". That will open a search box where you can search for and upload up to four pictures per post from your PC.
