I am looking at a 1962 Hi-Lo Deluxe, 18' long. If it is in good operating condition and the floor is solid, what should I be paying? It was refurbed in 2017 and looks good from the pics, original wood and looks like the factory seat cover, kitchen is intact.

They want $2500 and that seems like a lot.

Fir that price I will verify decent tires, floor solid, mechanism to raise and lower ok, stove and sink working, no visible water damage.

Is this in the ballpark?

Sounds like a good deal. Original woodwork from back then isn't like original woodwork from the 2000s....
A pet peeve of mine is I've seen a lot of renovated campers both online and my next door neighbor as well. They just redid an 09jayco something or other.
They painted nice stained/varnished woodwork plain white.
If it's not white nowadays it's death-warmed-over gray. Yuck. I'd rather have that old original woodwork... That still looks like old original Woodwork
