Default Selling a 1999 Towlite 21TL in NE Kansas - Sold

I am selling our 1999 Towlite 21TL. After two long vacation trips, we decided to upsize. I am asking $5500. Everything works perfectly. Even on a recent 10-day 95 degree trip, the A/C kept us cool and the fridge even made ice cubes! Here are improvements I made in the Spring of 2021:
All new paneling
New pressure treated solid beam lower rails on the upper half.
New lift cables
All windows taken out and re-caulked
Re-sealed the roof
New foam cushions & covers
New battery
New LED light fixtures
Added extra LED taillights
New custom cutting board/stove cover
New electric tongue jack
We have the drop-down bunk bed, but it is not installed.
Serious parties can contact me at fredetl@ksu.edu for more information and more photos.
