Not garage kept, but in pretty good condition. Interior is like new. New fabric on patio awning last year, new AC fan motor. Roof re coated this past summer. Everything works just like it should. Tires in great shape. I found a couple soft spots in one corner of roof. Put eternabond on. For a 2004, it is in very good shape. $7,000

How old are the tires? and is the seal between the layers in good condition.?

The tires are not very old and the seal seems to be in very good condition. This camper has seen very little use. I bought it a little over a year ago. The previous owner let it sit out and didnt use it. I cleaned it and serviced everything. I have only camped in it once. I pulled it to my river lot and used it as a place to gather and a bathroom for the ladies. Shoot me your email and I can get you pics if you are interested.
