We are in northeast FL (Ormond Beach) with a 24' Classic - has 3 beds - has been remodeled inside (paint, asthetics) Has new AC, new tires, new awning and it is perfect. Not a single leak or problem. If youre interested I cam=n send you a video of the inside - or if youre on the hilo forum on facebook its posted there. Not sure if we are too far from you. Original manuals and sway bar hitch included.
