Mine is 22 foot, 2204T. Taking it in for check of the holding tanks, water system, a/c, furnace, ten point check and wheel bearing repack. I have never use the plumbing and water systems. Used it only as sleeping quarters. Just over your 1000 mile radius. It is in good shape with only about 8,000 miles total. I have owned it since 2006. $6500. Equalizer hitch and sway bar included. The original owner used it once and died unexpectedly. His wife traded it in on a Ford automobile
