1985 funlite

Hello all, looking at this one to buy. Can't seem to find another like this with the single axle and the center door.can anyone give me some info on this.

Did you see any model number or date of manufacture stickers or tags on it? That could be a help. Looking at the brochures in the Forum library didn't show any single axle models.

Found a 1985 brochure. It shows 2 FunLite single axle models - 16K & 16S. However, these models show a rear door, not a middle door.

Difference being the 16K has a sofa and a "lounge" in the front. The 16S has a sofa and a dinette in the front. Both of the units are the same with the kitchen and bath in the rear. Bath does not have a sink. The specs are the same for both models:

Length: 16' 8"
Vehicle weight empty (lbs): 2275
Axle weight (lbs): 2000
Hitch weight (lbs): 275
Wheels: 2 13"
Electric Brakes
30 Gal Fresh Water Tank
2 20# LP tanks
12,000 BTU Furnace

A/C & TV Antenna - Optional

Are you sure it is a 1985? The 1986 brochure shows a FunLite 17D model, single axle. It is a mid door model.

Thank you, I guess it is the 1986 model 17C
I can't find pics of it anywhere which I found kinda strange.
I think I'm going to buy it, looks fun

That one tag does say " 1 86" could be Jan 86. make sense?
