Default 2002 Hi-Lo

My Husband and I are looking at a 2002 Hi-Lo 22ft. It is very, very clean but, we do not know how to tell what series it is to see what it is worth? (Gold,Silver or Bronze) The seller is asking 5,900.00 but has made clear he would take an offer.
Does anyone know how I can find out or does anyone know what a 2002 22ft is worth? Thanks

Look in the Reference Library at the 2002 Brochure. It will help identify the model.

Default How to price a used HiLo.

Have the owner show you the registration. What does it say on the title. It should be marked on the outside of the trailer if it is a silver ,bronze or gold. Write down all the add on features for $ calculations. Check the trailer over carefully at it is ten yrs. old. Actually climb on the roof,is it soft? Does it need recoated? Have the owner demonstrate that the ref. is cold. Furnice and hot water tank works. Call one day ahead to have the seller put the ref. in propane mode. Feel the walls both inside and outside for evidence of delamination or leaks. Check all exterior seams for caulking and around roof vents, solar panel ect. Ask the seller for maintenance records. Is the AC cold. What is the wt. of the trailer? Can your towvehicle pull this? Where are you located? approx state or county. If a HiLo owner is close by they may be able to help you check this trailer out. If need be pay to have a mobile RV mechanic or a dealer check it out for you. Worth every penny. Go back to see this trailer several times if need be. Not trying to discourage you,but realize that dow the road you may need to replace Ref.,AC,Water heater or furnice. These are not cheap items. I hope this the HiLo that has your name on it!!!! Keep us posted.
