Default 2007 Towlite 22T floor plan and water damage questions

Hello, My husband and I saw a 2007 22T online. By pictures (the location is about 60 miles from us), the hi-lo looks great. Just one question is that from the floor plan we've researched, there is a fold down couch. On his pictures, it is a standard full-size bed with a bunk on top. He states the hi-lo came like that when he bought it. We can't seem to find a floor plan of the 22T that is just a full-size bed. All we've seen is a couch that converts to a bed. Can anyone assist? I can get pictures if necessary for you guys to take a look.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so excited to start our journey.

Please see the pic of the front window if you think that's water damage/delam.

All feedbacks are appreciated!!

Default Welcome to the Forum!!

Welcome to the Forum!!

I went to the reference library at the bottom of the main page and clicked on brochures. There I found a thread for 2007 Hi-Lo brochure.

Here is the link to it: http://www.hilotrailerforum.com/f52/...-2007-hi-lo-9/

I just traded our 2010 Hi-Lo 2310H which was essentially the same as the 22T with some modifications.

The couch makes into a bed by flipping the back over the seat and laying it flat. It's close to being a queen bed.

Ask any questions you have and I'm sure you will get lots of good answers.

Default Buying a HiLo

Be sure to use the buyers check list posted in this forum. Have the seller turn on the fridge and demonstrate that all appliances work. Climb on the roof and underneath to look for leaks/water damage. Best of luck in your search.

Thanks, RichR. I couldn't find the 2007 for some reason. I meant by the bed ( I attached photo) is that he said it came with a full mattress set up - not like the couch/bed that is normally seen. From the pictures, it looks like it does have the appropriate platform as a bed.

Also, please take a look at the front window. Is that delamination/water damage from what it looks like or is it just me? I've seen some online which looks familiar. Its not something we want to fix up since this is our first and just want to be fully ready to goooo.

Again, many thanks to all.

It appears that they removed the couch/lounge and modified that area with a plywood platform to accept the mattress and also moved the converter to make t more accessible. I can't see it very well but it appears that there may be some of the wall covering pealed in a couple spots under the window. ???

We bought a 2006 last summer and it came with a couch/ but its just the wife and the couch did not make a good bed so we took it out and put a regular mattress on a 3/4 plywood
I made a plywood box on the end to put extra blankets and things in

Default Peeling wall paper

Peeling wallpaper could mean that the glue has dried out. Or it could mean water damage under the window. We tell all buyers to remove and reseal all windows. Feel the inside and outside walls for soft spots or delamination. Windows are a source of leaks that lead to wall damage.

After studying the photo some more I noticed that the spots under the window appear to be in identical locations on either side. That tells me that it may not be pealing wall covering but rather maybe something was mounted there.
