Give these guys a call: Home - JR REPAIR They have been there many years and are located where the original Hi-Lo factory is was. They are usually quite helpful if not too busy.

Check out the many other threads here that cover cable replacement. If your dealer isn't familiar with Hi-Lo, it may pay to look here for some guidance. You will find lots of discussion. Hydraulic lift system - Hi-Lo camper travel trailer forum

Cool cable replacement

if one cable is broke, I would check all my cables. good chance they are ready for replacement. j & r repair in butler ohio has ready made cables to eleminate the guesswork out or cable lengths. best of luck and have lots of good times with your new hi-lo!
