5th wheel hi-lo

Anyone have info on a 5th wheel hi-lo? Trying to find how many were produced. Not finding much info on them.

I have never seen one. I would guess less than 30 were built ( I have no way of supporting that guess). Take real good care of it. It may not be very valuable but I think rare describes it. Take good care of it.
