Default 80' something vin# question

Hi, I've got an 1980 something hi-lo (best guess is 83) that's been on my property for quite some time. I don't have contact with the owners who left it hear nearly a decade ago and it's time to decide what to do with it. First step is to pull a title and go from there.
Problem is, I can't seem to locate the vin#. It's not on the front door or in the little panel just inside. Any clue where I might locate the vin?

Sometimes they can be found on the curbside of the trailer near the front or on the front of the opposite side.

Try looking on the A-frame behind the hitch. It could be stamped into the metal there somewhere.

Looked on the metal beams underneath on both sides and didn't see anything stamped. There is a bunch of stuff stamped on the A frame part of the hitch but nothing long enough to be a vin #

A Hi-Lo VIN is not as long as as one on a car or have all the combination of letters and numbers. It's more like a serial number.
