Just spoke to Rob...
Because Greg (Rob's father-in-law who passed away 8 months ago) had no WILL, Rob and Jim have been trying to move the court forward so they could restart the business. Recently this was accomplished. They have a good inventory of parts (that they own), and handle any type of repair -- both large and small. I would not expect them to provide the kind of telephone support we had received from Greg, as he was representing the Factory in that regard. Rob and Jim are in business to make a living doing HI-LO repairs/parts/upgrades, so complex problems and questions are best handled in this forum !
They are also looking into purchasing some of the heavy equipment at the factory -- like an extrusion device that forms the Aluminum skirting. Lets hope they can get some of the custom equipment that is required to make the unique parts.
I will be getting some electronic information from ROB as well, and I will post it as soon as I receive it.

On another note -- apparently the HI-LO factory has been in financial distress for quite some time. I heard from one source that they accumulated nearly 1 million dollars of debt ! Given the amount owed, I would be suprised to see anything restart. However, miracles do happen ! One interested party wanted to file Chapter 11 to eliminate the debt, and re-open as a new company. Another plan I heard suggested it would be a factory-direct operation, and there would be no dealers.
Apparently you can begin ordering parts from J&R immediately, and they are ready to service your unit !
