The size required to run all of your lights, fans and pumps is not significant. Most 800/1000w inverter/generator can do that with no problem.
However,,,,,, If you want to run an A/C unit it will need to be be much larger output.
How much you say? Depends on the size of the A/C compressor motor and the draw of current. I have a 4000w from my business, but have no need for an A/C while camping so have never tried it.
There are many good brands of small inverters, and others will give input.
I have a 900w honeywell that is quiet and works well, but it will not run a A/C.
