Check to make sure nothing is stuck, on outside back of my hilo I have a storage door & one time I didn't get it locked & when I tried to lift hilo it wouldn't go up. I had to climb into hilo with top down & lay on bed & stick flat piece of metal between top & bottom to hold storage door closed while someone else pushed button to lift hilo.

Welcome to the forum. Need a little more info. Can you hear the pump working? Is the battery good/charged? Does it start to rise at all?

On the pump there is a manual lowering valve. Looks like the lowering valve on a bottle jack. If this valve has been left open the top will not lift. Turn cw to close. Do not overtighten. If it is already closed, open it, about 1 turn ccw and then press the lift switch to run the pump. If a small particle has stuck in the valve not letting it close completly hopefully this will dislodge it. Close the valve and try raising it again. The electronic valve on the pump could also be bad. The pump itself could be bad. If the seals in the hyd cylinder are bad you would be bypassing fluid in the cylinder back to the pump. If this is the case you would need to reseal the hyd cylinder. On my HiLo there is a clear tube running from the Hyd cylinder back to the pump resevoir. If fluid is bypassing the piston in the cylinder it returns to the pump thru this tube. If the seals on the piston are good only air passes thru this tube, altho there may be a small amt of fluid in the low spots in the tube. Check these items out and get with us.
