I can't help you with bunk supports, but I get my trailer tires at Discount Tire. They are located fairly extensively and they have good prices. You want a tire made especially for trailers, not cars or trucks and I'd advise getting ones that are Load Range D or E. The OEM tires were Load Range C and D or E give you better load carrying capacity.
My choice now would be either Maxxis M8008s or Goodyear Endurance tires. The Goodyear tires have the advantage of being speed rated up to 87 mph. The Maxxis tires are limited to 65 mph. Discount Tire can get either one, or, has them in stock.
