Thumbs up Five Star RV

I happened across this site yesterday while on my quest for some stock taillights for my 3389b. It's called Five Star RV Inc., I sent them an e-mail about the parts, not expecting to hear anything for a few days at least. This morning a gentleman called to get specifics on what I wanted and then called me back a few hours later to tell me that they didn't have any and couldn't find any, but would keep an eye out for some. Needless to say I was impressed not only by the speed at which they operate, but the courtesy and respect they show their customers. I feel that I have found a whole different kind of nice people, not only them but all of y'all who stand at the ready to help and answer questions by us newbies.

Thanks to all and God bless.

Default Looking for lights exterior

If you would call or email JR and or Mantelli trailer sales you would have the exterior lights you need. Then you could move onto your next fixit project.

sam,

I contacted both of the places that you recommended and it seems right now nobody in the world has an original set of taillights for a 3389b. That's why I continued my search to the place cactusjack recommended. I thought I could help someone by adding another source of parts to the mix, but it seems I did something wrong by the by the, what seemed to me a reprimand on your part. If I offended you in some way I apologise. I was only trying to help.

Default Looking for tail lights

The English language is very funny in the way it can be perceived. I now know that you tried to get parts from JR and Mantelli. Could you post a picture of your lights. This will help us determine if they are the original lights or not. I only reply to try and be helpful. We have never had an issue getting parts for our HiLo. Thanks for the additional source for parts.

Bear, did you check with the guy locally that I referred you to in your original post? He was willing to part it out.
