Purchasing a fifth wheel and needing pricing info for my HiLo... It's 1983. We recently replaced all the tires and the hydraulic system. Repainted/repaired the inside where there was some previous water damage. Resealed the roof. Added the propane system on the front that monitors propane levels of both tanks and the tank cover. Recovered all cushions etc. however, we removed the refrigerator and bathroom. Laid laminate flooring.

Welcome to the Forum!

Here is a link to NADAGuides with a list of 1983 models:https://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/1983/Hi-Lo/Fun-Chaser-21L-D-S/4027137

The prices are for those models in average condition as delivered from the factory. Options can be added on to the base prices. With your modifications and restoration you will have to come up with a figure that you feel is realistic.

You should give your approximate location in your post and maybe a way to be contacted. Suggest that inquires be sent via the forum's Private Messages to keep things private.

Like anything curb appeal carries a premium and quality matters. Care shows and the price guides are for an avgerage unit. If you are confidant and honest you can set a fair price above avgerage. I purchased a motorcycle once that was darn near perfect paid above book only because it showed.

Being fair and honest also carries the responsibility of pricing ones goods less than avgerage if they are so.
