Default hilo camper

I have a 2000 hilo its new to me and now the upper section wont go up I have checked all the fuse and switches any one got any ideas?

Does it make any noise at all? Can you hear the solenoid clicking?

Did you try to raise it with the three-position power rocker switch in the up, as well as down position? Some trailers have this switch wired backward.

Is the battery charged? Without a good battery it won't go up.

Along this same theme, check / clean the electrical connections on the hydraulic pump motor. Minor corrosion can definitely keep the motor from working...speaking from experience!
