How-to-maintenance videos?

Does anybody know if there are any "how-to" videos on here or on YouTube about maintenance on cables and lift systems?
 
Once upon a time there was a vhs video dealing with cables, seals, etc. The HiLo factory gave them all out. If any exist, they are in the owners' hands. The newer HiLo's came with a DVD, but that was about general maintenance and upkeep.
