Default I finally joined the club. 2203

I finally picked up a 2203 this morning from one of the forum member.

I'm still going through the instructional videos on youtube and reading the manuals.

What is the red switch for (the one that's on)?

Still trying how to make the a/c run at home. I guess our 110v outlet does not supply enough juice.

If it's on turn it off. I'm pretty sure that's the Hot Water Heater switch, at least that's what mine looks like.

If that is the switch for the electric side of the water heater you DO NOT want to turn it on if the WH is empty because it will almost instantly fry the heating element. A good habit to get into is to turn the breaker off for the WH when it is empty then it won't get accidentally turned on.

Default Welcome to the club!

Great, low pressure! It's a lot of fun learning about your "new" Hi-Lo and I'm sure you have many years of happy camping ahead!

If you are interested in getting together with some other California campers to learn more about Hi-Lo's, we are having our first get-together next month near Sonora, CA. Check out the California Hi-Lo club thread or send me a private message (PM) for more info.

Congrats!

Thanks for the invite! I wish we can go, but the kiddies are in school and getting away is almost impossible. Would be neat to meet some of the member someday.
