I think there was one spotted on CL in the last year or so and posted around here somewhere - quite a piece. Looks like they rotate down in the front instead of a full lift. Neat.

The "crocodile style" unit was HiLo's first attempt into the 5th wheel market. This was in the late 80's (definitely 1989). This style has the octagon shaped window on the front. The newer style unit, early 90's (definitely 1993) worked like the HiLo's that we are accustomed to (whole top goes up & down). They had a regular rectangular shaped window in the front. The Mohican was basically a Chevy class c rv. HiLo did build the body and put it on a Chevy chassis. This was produced in the mid 80's (very limited build). Jim & Pat Snyder drove theirs to the NY National HiLo Rally.
