Any ideas where I can get the lid for my escape hatch, the one that cranks up? I ordered a Heng's 22x22 but it was too small and had the wrong hinge. I suspect I need a 24x24

You won't find one. Have a sheet metal shop make up one for you. Metal holds up better to sunlight.

I may take the lid to a 3D printing company for exact reproduction...before it is trashed completely.

If you decide to have it 3D printed could you share the computer file with this forum? That way any one looking for this part would be able to also have it 3D printed. For example the Guide Block computer file was shared and so far it saved two HiLOS.
