Just got our new cover from Camper World, was told it had a zipper door for access when cover was on it- IT HAS NO DOOR AT ALL. We called and they said, well even though it said there was a door in the cover, we really didn't NEED one? ? ? Is that the way you do business, advertise a product one way and deliver it another, what's the name for that practice?

Definately sounds like the old "bait & switch" routine. I have stopped dealing with Camping World here in Ohio. It is located in Akron at a rv dealer. They would rather sell you a rv than stock the shelves in the Camping World section. Just going to let my president's club membership expire.
