]this is my first time to use this site so I apologize if you got this the first time...the cable came off one of the pulleys...will not go all the way up and will not go down. How do we get the cable back on the pulley? We have a 2005 Hi Lo

Check under hydraulic lift system under maintenance and repair. There are posts on issues with cables. Someone will come along and help --- but in meantime you should review those . Then you may want repost in that section.

Use a jack and wood to lift the end where the cable is off the pulley, go a few inches higher this will take the weight off that cable and then you can get it back on. You need to find out why this happened? There may be something jammed between the top and bottom sections. The cable may be frayed and jammed some where or the cable may be broken..
