HI:

I have seen this question often posed by others, but for the life of me, I can't find any of the recent "how to's" that would solve my problem.

I haven't figured out how to post a picture to this forum, since when you select the insert image link, it is requesting an html location. And all my pictures are stored locally on my computer's hard drive. It would have been so neat if the forum had a "browse" option for selecting images, so that pics could be loaded directly from a person's hard drive, onto the forum's server. I realize however that would burden the forum's server with extra stored data.

So, do pictures posted to this forum always have to come from some other place, like a personal website, or a pinterest or tumblr accout. Or, is it that a person has to set up a photo album on this site, before they can post an image?

Any help, or suggestions are appreciated. Thx

GoCamp, you should be able to upload any photos directly from your computer that have the following file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip. There is a size limitation, however, depending on the type of file chosen.

So when you reply to a thread or start a new one, look below under "Additional Options," then under "Attach Files" click on the "Manage Attachments" button. A box should pop open allowing you to browse and upload files on your hard drive. You'll see four "Browse" buttons which allow you to upload four photos. I've found that I need to upload one at a time on my computer but that may be because I have a really slow connection.

Good luck!
