Default Repair or part out?

I have been repairing water damaged lower side rails and wall panels and am wondering if cost and time warrants repairing or just parting the unit out because of the age. Any suggestions appreciated! Cabinets, countertops, cushions are in great shape as in good exterior condition .New brakes and tires . All systems work. Have right side and front already finished left Side apart down to metal frame. Reluctantly Already purchased a new rv can't stop camping!

What's your time worth? How much do you enjoy this kind of work? Only YOU can answer your question. The HiLo is a unique type of trailer, that offers some real advantages as well as some peculiar problems.

I guess I'm just hoping after all the time and money I can sell it to at least recoup my cost to repair it. I love working on things have been in the auto repair business all my adult life! Actually did a retro to the dinette table like my parents 1969 hi lo had to hinge in center to covert to a nite stand.

Default Repair or sell.

You could try sell as is. If that doesn't work finish repairing and sell. Last resort part out.

RGJ - I merged the two threads you started on this topic. Please don't create multiple threads on the same topic - it leads to responses based on incomplete information that can waste your time and cost you additional money to solve a problem.
