No real issues except that you MIGHT have to change the settings on your WD hitch a bit to shift the weight more to the forward axle. By moving the ball back, you're increasing the "lever" effect of the weight of the hitch, so it could tend to lift the front of your TV some.
To help understand this, think of increasing the length of the shaft by about 2-3 TV lengths. If it were this long, you could probably lean on the ball with just your hands and lift the TV's front wheels off the ground.
Didn't Archimedes say something like, "Give me a long enough lever and I can lift the world."?
