Default Seeking info on Funlite model on eBay

I found a wooden toy or model on eBay of a Funlite that looks like my 1993! It is solid wood with stickers applied. The colors and everything match my Funlite. (I bought it of course) The wheels are nailed on and can be turned by hand but don’t roll freely. There is a hole underneath about 2 inches deep that looks like it could have been mounted on something as a display. It has a little peg as a hitch but I was unable to find a matching tow vehicle on eBay. Is this a toy or maybe a display that was in a HiLo dealership? I also saw a couple more HiLo models like this on eBay but different stickers. Any ideas??

I’m trying to attach pics . . . . Ok I don’t know why they are sideways

Thanks!
Marissa

Default HiLo Models/Toys

I have three such models. Our HiLo dealer got them from Dealer meetings for HiLo Dealers. I joking said to DH that iwould never be able to have a newer HiLo. Glad I had to eat my words. When my mother died I had an inheritance and got our 1996 26ft. HiLo Classic. I will get DD to post pictures soon.

Default Mystery solved!

Thanks for the info! I was wondering what they were! Do you know why they had the hole underneath?

I would love to see the pics of yours! It’s funny the exact model of my HiLo popped up. At the time I didn’t see any other ones listed.

Default Pictures of HiLo Classic and Funlite Models.

Our HiLo dealer gave them out at one of our holiday parties. One salesman retired and he gave some more to me. I would be able to sell the Funlite and one Classic model. My Funlite has a hole in the bottom near the front. I wonder if you could make a lamp out of these models.

Thanks for posting the pics of your models and for sharing the information on them! I like the detail of the spare wheels and air conditioning units. I wonder how many were made? Also who made them? I saw ones on eBay that looked kind of homemade or maybe altered after the fact.

You probably could make a lamp out of them as you suggested
