Default Toilet

I am a new member. Picking up our 2007 T24 this Sunday.
This week I just purchased a Natures Head Composting toilet for inside our cabin that is off grid at 8000 ft. in the Utah Uinta Mountains and get away from many years of using the outhouse. This battle was won by the wife.
But I am now thinking that another Natures Head will be ideal for the T24 and save the trouble of discharging black water like we did in our 27ft. Allegro that we just sold. Just an idea but they cost $960 each.

Sorry, but at that price and the maintenance of a compacting unit, I'd go back to the outhouse or just dig a hole.
Kidding, that'll do it.

I hope you have better luck with your composting toilet than we did with the one that was installed at a Nature Conservancy Preserve we volunteered at some years ago. It was ultimately removed because it didn't work.

If I were you, I'd see how the one in your cabin works out BEFORE you get an additional one for the trailer.

Yup, I agree. I gave in to the wishes of the old lady. Just for fun I gave her the receipt as a mother's day present, due to arrive on the 27th. I'll let you know.
