Default Towing with the Fridge on Propane??

Hello- Can anyone tell me if you can safely tow with the fridge on propane? Someone told me that it gets too hot when travelling using the propane and to use 12 volt instead.I would think that the air moving around the trailer at highway speeds would not let it get to hot. Thanks in advance.

Polarispete,

Here are a couple of forum threads that you might like to take a look at.

The battery thread has a number of pages on it with lots of good information.

When you are traveling in the down position, the vent is covered up.
