HiLo is not a pop up trailer. It is a telescoping trailer. Your trailer should have a sticker near the outside front streetside corner with VIN, build date, etc. Sometimes the VIN numbers stamped on the tongue frame can be covered over with paint. Should be there. HiLo also would stick labels inside cabinet doors or at the electrical panel with the serial number. My 1995 HiLo had a serial number label attached to the cover on the 12v fuse panel. Good luck in your search.

Bob

There for sure isn't one like that on the outside anywhere. But I'm gonna look real good inside just in case. Thanks

Just curious.. Does it have a old tag on it or maybe a older one stowed away inside somewhere. You could take the tag to your local tag office and likely get the VIN from them. (Just a thought). Or if you knew the name of the previous registered owner they could do a vehicle history search and come of with the VIN number likely. Not sure of your connections at the court house but that would be a big help if you knew someone there.

See this prior post? http://www.hilotrailerforum.com/f17/vin-location-1132/

PeggyJ said "OK found it. on the tongue under the gas tank pan"

Check out this video which is likely the same area she described.
