I forgot to mention that when I spoke to the Hi-Lo factory folks this week, Jimmy Warner told me that they would also be handling warranty work and repairs, that's in addition to the dealers. Tom Stacey is the service manager.

I didn't think to ask if they had always done this, or if this is something new. Either way, for anyone that didn't already know, now you have one more place that you can get work done if need be.
